Method
Lightly toast the wheaten bread under a hot grill, remove and spread with apple chutney before topping with apple and brie slices.
Place back under a hot grill for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Sprinkle with thyme leaves before serving.
4 slices of wheaten bread
2 tablespoons spiced apple chutney
1 small red apple, cored and thinly sliced
100g NI brie, sliced (blue brie is especially good)
Fresh thyme leaves (optional)
