Method
For the pizza, first gather the little people up to join in! This is a great activity for the kids to get involved in.
In a large bowl mix together the soda bread flour, mixed herbs and buttermilk.
Using your hands gently bring the mixture together into a ball of smooth dough. You do not need to knead this or leave to rise.
If the dough feels a little sticky sprinkle on some extra flour.
Sprinkle a baking tray with flour and roll the dough to about 1cm thick. You can either do one large rectangle (great for cutting up for packed lunches) or two smaller pizzas.
Top the dough with the passata using the back of a spoon to spread evenly.
Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza and then top with your choice of toppings. If making one large rectangular pizza a fun idea is to split in four with four different toppings.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Serve the pizza with vegetable sticks and the honey yogurt dip.
