Method
Start by soaking the raisins in the orange juice. Let them soak for 5 minutes.
Place raisins, orange juice and the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

300g ripe melon (prepared weight)
½ teaspoon lemon zest
300ml NI natural yogurt
