Add the sliced and chopped mango, 1 x banana, honey, natural yogurt, an orange, milk and ice into smoothie machine or blender and blitz.
Top the bowl with some crushed nuts, a sliced banana and pomegranate
1 large fresh mango or two medium mangos
1 tablespoon honey
130g NI natural yogurt
2 bananas (one for topping)
2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
1 orange
1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts
50ml NI milk
Handful of crushed ice
