Method
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Dilute with milk if the drink is too thick.

125g ripe bananas (prepared weight)
50g fresh dates, without stones
½ tablespoon freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
400ml NI natural yogurt
