Food Matrix Matters, FENS Belgrade 2023

The symposium explored some of the differences in the nutritional and health effects of nutrients in whole foods and food matrices, compared with the effects of fortification and supplements, and the impact that this may have when developing Food Based Dietary Guidelines.
