The European Milk Forum, which includes the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland, hosted a series of scientific symposia in April 2015 which explored the role of milk and dairy foods in healthy, sustainable diets. The symposia took place in Brussels, The Hague, Copenhagen and Oslo.
