Dairy Council Conference 2017

Nutrition & Health – What’s New?

The Dairy Council hosted a conference for nutrition and health professionals on 5th April at W5, Belfast. The conference focused on new developments in nutrition science and practice, including those in relation to dairy foods, and was chaired by Professor Sean Strain from the Northern Ireland Centre for Food and Health (NICHE) at Ulster University.
