Dairy Council Conference 2013

Nutrition & Health – What’s New?

The Dairy Council conference for nutrition and health professionals was held on 3rd May at W5, Belfast. The conference focused on new developments in nutrition science and practice, including those in relation to milk and dairy foods, and was chaired by Professor Sean Strain from the University of Ulster.
