Nutrition & Health – What’s New?

The Dairy Council conference for nutrition and health professionals took place on 8th May at W5. The conference  focused on new developments in nutrition science and practice, including those in relation to dairy foods, and was chaired by Professor Sean Strain from Ulster University.
