Method
Cook the pasta shells in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 8–10 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water and drain well.
Stir in ham chunks, cheddar cubes, peas, cherry tomatoes, vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
100g pasta shells
200g thickly cut cooked ham, chopped into chunks
200g NI cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
100g raw peas
150g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
4 tablespoons low–fat vinaigrette
