Stuffed Turkey Fillets

Ingredients

4 Northern Ireland turkey fillets

1 tub Northern Ireland cottage cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 clove garlic, chopped

Method

Mix the parsley, garlic and cottage cheese together.

Cut the turkey fillets at an angle and fill with the cheese mixture.

Wrap in foil and cook at 200ºC for 25 – 30 minutes.

Serve the fillets with mashed potatoes and carrots, and a glass of milk.
