Nachos and avocado dip

Ingredients

1 onion

2 rashers of bacon

2 avocados

2 green chillies

2 tbsp half–fat Northern Ireland butter

3 dsp Northern Ireland natural yogurt

Northern Ireland grated cheese to top

Nachos

Method

Cook the onion and bacon together.

Add avocados, diced chillies and melted butter to food processor.

Mix Ingredients in process until they form a paste.

Place paste in a serving bowl and add the onion and bacon mix.

Serve with nachos and melted cheese.
