The Dairy Council has collaborated with the wonderfully talented chef Sophie Smith on a series of new dairy recipes. Sophie has created five mouth-watering savoury recipes for us featuring Northern Ireland dairy products which put a local spin on international dishes.
Sophie is Culinary Arts Management Student at Ulster University and combines her studies with working alongside chef Gemma Austin. An up-and-coming talent, Sophie recently won a gold medal in the national finals World Skills UK competition in Culinary Arts.
