The Dairy Council for Northern Ireland is hosting a sports nutrition seminar on the evening of Thursday 13th October at The MAC, Belfast.
Head of Performance Nutrition at the Irish Institute of Sport, Dr Sharon Madigan and Olympians, Team GB women’s hockey player Hannah MacLeod and Team Ireland 1,500m runner Ciara Mageean will share their practical sports nutrition insights from Rio 2016.
Dr Emma Cockburn from the Middlesex University will present an update on the role of milk for muscle recovery.
The seminar will be chaired by Ruth Wood–Martin, IRFU Head of Nutrition.
It will begin at 5:30pm, with refreshments available from 4:45 pm, and finish at 7:30pm. Please download the invitation for full programme and speaker details.
