The Dairy Council is hosting a cheese symposium on 10th May at the Merchant Hotel, Belfast
International experts including an archaeologist, food historian, super–taster, neuroscientist and dairy marketing specialists will explore our European cheese culture – past, present and future including:
The symposium will be chaired by cook and food writer Trish Deseine
It will begin at 9:30am (with registration from 9:00am) and finish at 1:15pm with a buffet lunch.
