The Dairy Council for Northern Ireland is hosting a sports nutrition seminar on the evening of Wednesday 7th October at W5, The Odyssey, Belfast.
Britain’s most successful ever gymnast Beth Tweddle and Lead Nutritionist to British Gymnastics Mhairi Keil will share practical insights into the role of sports nutrition for the competitive gymnast.
Dr Lewis James from the Loughborough University will present an update on the role of milk for post–exercise rehydration.
The seminar will be chaired by Dr Sharon Madigan, Head of Performance Nutrition at the Irish Institute of Sport.
It will begin at 5:30pm, with refreshments available from 4:45 pm, and finish at approximately 7:30pm. Please download the invitation for full programme and speaker details.
