Dairy Council Nutrition Lecture at the University of Ulster

New insights into dietary aspects of energy balance and obesity

This year’s Annual Dairy Council Nutrition Lecture at the University of Ulster was given by Professor Ian Macdonald from the University of Nottingham. Professor Macdonald is a leading expert on metabolism and spoke to a large audience of academics, nutrition students and health professionals on ‘New insights into dietary aspects of energy balance and obesity’.

The lecture on the 5th December was the 23rd in the series and represents the long–standing relationship between the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland and the University.
