This year’s Annual Dairy Council Nutrition Lecture at Ulster University was on the 25th November and took place virtually.
Professor Adam Drewnowski, Director of the Center for Public Health Nutrition at the University of Washington spoke on ‘Healthy Diets from Sustainable Food Systems’.
