This year’s Annual Dairy Council Nutrition Lecture with NICHE at the Ulster University took place on the 23rd November and was given by Professor Susan Lanham-New. Professor Lanham-New is Professor of Human Nutrition and Head of Department of Nutrition Science at the University of Surrey.
