This year’s Annual Dairy Council Nutrition Lecture at the Ulster University on the 14th November was given by Professor Paul Ross from APC Microbiome Ireland, University College Cork.

Professor Ross’s lecture was on ‘Human microbiome solutions to fight infection & prevent disease’.
