On the 24th of November 2010, the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland celebrated the 21st anniversary of its annual Nutrition Lecture at the University of Ulster.
The 21st anniversary lecture was given by Professor Sean Strain from the University and is entitled ‘Eating fish for two’.
The lecture was preceded by a day’s special anniversary conference.
