From health benefits to health economics

The European Milk Forum, together with CERIN and the Global Dairy Platform hosted a scientific symposium at the World Congress on Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and Musculoskeletal Diseases (WCO–IOF–ESCEO) in Florence, Italy on 25 March 2017.

The symposium, chaired by Professor René Rizzoli, President of the ESCEO Scientific Advisory Board, explored current evidence for the relationship between dairy foods and bone, and in particular, how the health benefits of dairy can translate into significant economic impact.
