A new approach to understanding the health effects of food

The European Milk Forum, together with the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland, hosted a scientific symposium for nutrition and health professionals on the evening of Monday 30th October at The Hilton Hotel, Belfast.

The Symposium examined the scientific evidence behind the dairy matrix and a new approach to evaluating the health effects of food. 

It was chaired by Professor Barbara Livingstone from Ulster University.
