ESC Preventative Cardiology 2021

European Milk Forum (EMF) members, including the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland,  hosted a symposium during the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Preventive Cardiology online congress on 15 April 2021.

Professor Arne Astrup, Novo Nordisk Foundation explored:

Dairy and CVD risk reduction – new insights based on the food matrix concept

The symposium was chaired by Professor Michelle McKinley, Queen’s University Belfast
